Cancellation Policy
100 WAYZ Photography & Videography — Booking Policy Thank you for considering 100 WAYZ for your photography and videography needs! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both parties, please review the booking policy below: 1. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of [typically 25%-50%] of the total service fee is required to secure your booking date and time. Dates are not considered reserved until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due no later than [48 hours before the shoot or on the day of the shoot, depending on your preference]. 2. Payment Methods We accept payments via [list payment methods: Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.]. Final payments must be cleared before any raw or edited photos/videos are delivered. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling     •    Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled shoot will forfeit the deposit.     •    Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if notified at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit. 4. Turnaround Time Edited photos and/or videos will be delivered within 78 business days after the shoot, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Rush services are available for an additional fee. 5. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits, permissions, or clearances for shoot locations, as well as providing accurate details regarding the event timeline and desired outcomes. 6. Copyright & Usage Rights 100 WAYZ retains the copyright for all photos and videos captured. Clients will receive edited, high resolution digital files for personal or agreed upon commercial use. Images and videos may not be altered or sold without written consent. 7. Late Arrivals Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will result in reduced shooting time. After 30 minutes, the session may be canceled at the photographer/videographer’s discretion, and the deposit will be forfeited. 8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of bad weather or emergencies, both parties will agree on a rescheduled date. Deposits will be transferred to the new date.
